Terms and conditions

By attending or participating in [Name of Event/Location], the participant/visitor agrees to the following regarding visual media:

Consent: The visitor grants the organization irrevocable permission to take photographs and video recordings on which the visitor may be recognizably depicted.
Usage: These images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
Compensation: The visitor waives any right to financial compensation regarding the use of this media.

Payment Obligation: Registration via the provided form constitutes a binding payment obligation for all visitors.
Automatic Debit (Paradoks Members only): By providing their details, members of Paradoks grant the organization explicit permission to collect the due amount via automatic debit from the bank account associated with their membership.
Non-members: Visitors who are not members of Paradoks are required to fulfill their payment obligation through the alternative payment methods provided (e.g., manual transfer or online payment).
Cancellation: Costs remain due unless a cancellation is made before the specified deadline (20 February 2026).

Expected Behavior: Visitors must behave respectfully toward others. Harassment, aggression, or discrimination will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
Instructions: Instructions provided by the organization or staff must be followed immediately.
Damage: The visitor is held liable for any damage caused by their actions to the venue or the organization’s property.

Participation in the event is at the visitor’s own risk. The organization is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal property.
